The roast potato seasoning to end all roast potato seasonings! Your spuds’ new best friend. Packed with golden semolina for that unbeatable crunch and a bold blend of spices for maximum oomph, it turns humble potatoes into crispy, flavour-packed heroes.
Parboil your tattie, drain, shake, generously scatter the seasoning over them and shake again. Roast in a preheated tray of hot oil or goose fat at 200c for 25 mins (shake again halfway through). Turn down to 180c and bake for approx another 30 min until golden brown.
Will make approx 1.5kg of roasties.
