Shortbread House of Edinburgh are a family company who make all of their shortbread in Leith (just a few miles away from Pippin) and are proud to have won over 100 Great Taste Awards which is more than any other Scottish shortbread bakery. They make nearly all of their shortbread by hand in the traditional way to ensure the very best taste, texture and appearance.
