A fine double heart necklace made from sterling silver on an 18" chain.
The design features a small solid heart inside a large open heart shaped pendant. The open heart has a smooth polished finish while the smaller heart inside is plated with real rose gold and has a contrasting scratched matt finish. A fine link is fixed to the top of the silver heart necklace which is fastened with a lobster clasp.
