These earrings are lightweight and designed with comfort in mind. They are made from acrylic and sustainably sourced wood with gold plated brass hoops and gold plated sterling silver earring posts.

I use brass as it's generally more sustainable than silver or gold. It's typically made from recycled materials and can be recycled over and over again, making it one of the most recycled metals in the world. In addition, when comparing the recycle process of brass to that of other metals, it is significantly more energy efficient.
